Bitez

Bitez is a very select bay near Bodrum on the Bodrum peninsula. The area is largely residential and the choice of residence for more sophisticated Turkish and European people.
The bay has several discreet hotels and ample restaurants and bars, however tends to be quioter than other areas such as Bodrum, Gumbet, Yalikavak & Turgutries.
The beach is beautiful with golden sand and excellent provision for the sun worshiper with gorgeous views of the bay and beyond.
There are excellent transport links to Bodrum and shopping facilities are close by.

Planning regulations are strict and therefore the the village itself retains its traditional flavour  surrounded by orange groves, olive and Cyprus trees.

 Location

The house is, for Bitez, on an unusually large plot of land (approx 900sq metres) and sits on the hill overlooking the Beach with mountain views at the side and awesome views of the bay and the Island of Kos in the background.

There are two Dalmush (mini bus) services to Bodrum which can be reached in 15 minutes, one passing at the bottom of this residential road and one at the top.

It is a three minute walk to the beach and an easy walk along the promenade to restaurants and café’s. The tennis club and marina are within minutes walking distance.

There is easy access to shopping area, other resorts on the peninsular and the airport.
